Association of junior leagues international TRAININGS
AJLI trainings have been invaluable to our members, not only in the scope of their experience in the League, but personally and professionally as well. AJLI trainings come in many forms, from conferences to webinars to newsletters. One conference, the Organizational Development Institute (ODI), is available to all interested members, regardless of their current League roles. Attending this conference often launches members into League leadership positions and sets them up for success in running projects, fundraising, and setting the direction of the League as a board member. This intensive leadership training sets The Junior League apart from many other volunteer and non-profit organizations. The trainings put on by AJLI reinforce that The Junior League is truly an organization committed to developing the potential of women.
